"Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. The medical staff was very nice. The dr stated in front of us that she was sending a prescription to the pharmacy. The prescription was NEVER sent. This ended up with patient going to er over the weekend. When canceling further appts the receptionist said 'sounds good'."
