"Visited the ER and Dr. Clinton R Loy saw us and honestly was very unwelcoming from the moment we walked back to the ER and was profiling due to our appearance it felt like...we definitely didn’t get any type of answer related to the condition we were being seen for. It felt like we were being pushed out of there and told to go to a primary care physician when we could receive the answers we need from the emergency room."
