"I absolutely hate everything about how this office is run. Do not spend your last sick dying years sitting in this waiting room. They poke you with a needle in their lab then poke you with a needle in the infusion room. It's cruel. It feels like every time I show up for a scheduled appointment it's a surprise to them."
