"she never identified herself or her credentials, which were not what I thought they were; it was only after asking that I found out it was an obstetrics ED... I also think I was upsold on a lot of unnecessary (and later I found out, very ineffective) vaccines... makes the whole enterprise appear unprofessional and suspicious for erroneously recommending certain vaccines to make a profit rather than provide good health guidance."
