"Dr Rachel Terranova at White Plains is the best. She listens, adjusts & provides high quality care. You can't do better. HOWEVER - corporate admits I am owed a refund of about $900... they flatly refuse to reimburse the money... Negative reviews are about corporate practices, especially concerning billing and money."
