"I called 2 days ago to make an appt for a ultrasound (thyroid). They asked if I could come in this Wed at 345pm. I show up. They don’t have me in the system. They have me for next week. My husband took time off of work so I could make this quick appt. There is another women here same issue same dept! So annoyed!!!!! And of course they can’t fit me in on their mistake."
