"Terrible and Condescending bedside manner: While asking basic pre-surgery questions Dr. Legha was extremely condescending. ... He clearly sees himself as superior. 2) Double Billing: I had my appendix surgery at El Camino Health and paid my bill accordingly. Several months later I received a separate bill for from Sutter Health for $401 for an "Office Visit" with Dr. Legha despite the fact that I have never stepped foot in their office."
