"Last appointment was cancelled after I arrived because audiologist was out "caring for his dog." Today, Nov 20, I left a phone message indicating I need service/repair. I drove 35 miles to find the door locked, no staff, and several printed messages attached to the door. All of the messages, written by customers, expressed displeasure. Avoid this business."
