After waiting for over a hour and a half I was seen and then when given my antibiotics they gave me the wrong patients medicine. The whole time they had used a different patients chart as mine. There was clearly a violation against HIPAA because they did not ask for my name or date of birth to clearly identify myself as the right patient."
