When we arrived, we were told the visit had been booked for a completely different type of appointment... the staff informed her they did not have the report... a staff member abruptly and loudly stated, medical information out loud in front of everyone in the waiting room... staff closed the privacy screen and then mocked her — and me — from behind it."
