"I went to visit Dr. Proshkina at Scripps and was clear with the lady on the phone that this was a 'WELLNESS' visit... They are very dishonest. I mentioned that I wanted my wellness visit because there is a blood test included and I had been tired... Of course they latched on to this and said that I complained of fatigue instead and billed me for a new office visit."
