"Literally are on hold for 20 minutes for someone to pick up and put you back on hold then one last person to pick up and say hold then hang up. BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, THE WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE !!"
