"The doctors have been great. The front desk of numerous offices needs some help. ... First the people at the Orthopedics did not put my appointment in the computer... Then I get seen by the doctor a couple weeks later and he recommends an MRI. Well I never get a call saying when my MRI is... So that's strike two. And now for the third strike I go to one session of physical therapy and schedule my whole next week with appointments for therapy. Well I call to ask about my appointment on Monday and they can't find me in the system period yet again someone forgot to schedule my stuff in the computer."
