"My experience with the Dana at the Cancer Center in Chestnut Hill has been incredibly disgusting. My mom was starting cancer treatment, and we were told multiple times that her insurance was fully covered — “zero dollars out of pocket.” Based on that, they booked her appointments and surgery. At the second appointment, they suddenly realized there were insurance issues and later canceled everything. Now they’re billing us for their mistake and ignoring our calls..."
