"I’ve been with Memorial for years, my children have all gone here and over the past year or so they have totally gone down hill and customer service is horrible! I mean you call for an appointment and the phone just rings and 10 mins of trying to call someone finally picks up only to be put on hold for an addition 10-15 mins."
