"Has gone downhill HORRIBLY since I first started going. HORRIBLE management, HIGH turnover of staff due to that, apparently. Now you have to wait forever, be ignored by therapy staff & do your own exercises without assistance. Manager told me off for complaining! Never EVER going there again!"
