"I had an incredible experience about 6-8 months ago. They correctly assessed (Dr Levy) and cured my severe neck pain... Following that--starting in the Spring--I have tried to get back in for lower back pain and it's impossible. It takes at least 8 weeks to get an appointment and if you have to change the appointment you are SOL. Also, no one calls you back."
