"We then waited another hour and a half to be seen by a nurse... We then waited another 10 minutes for the doctor to ask the same questions we answered with the receptionist and nurse. I went in with chest pan and shortness of breathe and she prescribed me cough pearls that my insurance will not approve. And an antibiotic for my son... we waited a total 5 hours to be basically brushed off."
