"If I could give a 0 I would. 3rd PA in 3-5 months. Just came and told me they would give me a muscle relaxer for my shoulder surgery after 4 weeks. Very unorganized in office. I called twice before surgery to get medicine for after. Received no call. At hospital they said APMSs called in. Leaving me frustrated anxious and worried. Very unprofessional."
