I arrived at the same time as another person but they didn’t do online but the receptionist put them thru anyways. Then I had to wait 30 mins before she even tried to help me. Then she went over my paper work and asked for my copay. I told her to bill me and she refused… that is when I cancelled my appointment and walked out!"
