"Dr Passarelli and his staff in the office are absolutely wonderful, helpful, and kind, but the front desk lady at the testing center, Tina, is the absolute worst. She is extremely rude, not friendly, and seems like she has no clue what she’s doing and laughs and carries on personal conversations instead of helping the people waiting at the window."
