"They are very detailed in swing me up for the right hearing aid. Several appointments. First the test to see if I need one, 2nd to clean my ear I need the hearing aid, 3rd to pick out my hearing aid, 4 to be fitted then 5th to pick up and learn how to use. I'm on step 4. I wish they would put some of the steps together like picking out and fitting it,then they could send it out to have my needs set up in the actual heading aid."
